Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how BLACKSPACE MEDIA LTD delivers your order. We supply both instantly-delivered digital products and physically-shipped educational goods.

Digital delivery (downloads, courses, software, EdTech access)

Digital products, online courses and software/EdTech licences are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed. You can access them from your account dashboard, and a confirmation is sent to your email. Access does not require shipping.

Physical delivery (tools, curriculum kits, devices)

• Lagos: typically 1–3 business days.
• Other states in Nigeria: typically 3–7 business days.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Larger items (e.g. classroom devices, servers) may be scheduled separately — we'll contact you to arrange delivery.

Order tracking

Once your physical order is dispatched, we will share tracking or courier details by email or WhatsApp. You can also reach us any time for an update.

Delays & issues

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by courier or weather conditions. If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, contact finance@blackspaceng.com or WhatsApp +234 703 569 3174 and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for returns of faulty or incorrect items.
